This workshop is for anyone who may have heard that “journaling is good for you” but may be looking for tools on how to start, or inspiration on how to continue.

- Tone of Voice - I, You, She. Depending on the tone of voice you may choose to use on any given day you can choose whatever you want.
The workshop will be as interactive as possible mixed in with personal moments of writing and taking the time to use cues provided to start writing. This means creative exercises to start - drawing things on paper, using images as cues, getting us off screen and into a comfortable space!
