Vision Board Workshop

January 9, 2019 | 6pm

Join us as we team up with Eliza Butler, integrative wellness coach, as we visualize our way to make our dreams a reality.

When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day. Visualization is a powerful, proven technique for making important changes in your life and helps you get closer to the goals you want to achieve. It involves placing yourself in a trance state and imagining positive scenes. Your mind is structured in such a way that visualization works no matter what, whether you believe in the practice or not.

Eliza will spend the first part of the workshop doing a guided meditation and to help ideas and thoughts flow to help create your vision board.

All materials will be included. If you have your own magazines and pictures you specifically want to incorporate onto your board, you are more than welcome to bring it.

Light refreshments will be provided.
