Time: Class starts at 7am, doors will be open at 6:45am.

If you are coming in for the first time, please allot time to fill out a waiver form

Location: 1430 Rupert St., North Vancouver (2nd Floor)

There is available parking spots located at Moja Coffee, 2 doors down.

Join us every Wednesday morning for a 45-minute yoga session with Sarah Hatter. She will guide us through guided breathing and gentle poses to wake up our mind and bodies, ready to face the work day ahead!

Spots are limited so please book your spot ahead of time. We will try to accommodate walk-ins as best we can but there is no guarantee you’ll get a spot.
