Tea Blending + Bath Salts

Join naturopathic doctor, Dr. Vanessa Vaartnou, for an evening of creating personalized herbal teas, bath and body products.  The workshop will include an overview of the actions and indications for various herbs, many of which can be found in your kitchen cupboard and garden, and how you can integrate them into your daily life.  The hands on portion of the evening will be focused on creating your very own herbal blends for stress management and relaxation.

Dr. Vaartnou is a naturopathic doctor practicing in Vancouver and on the North Shore.

As a family naturopathic physician, she integrates traditional medicine modalities with conventional treatment when necessary. Central to her practice is the tenet of “doctor as teacher”.  Dr. Vaartnou strives to provide her patients multi-faceted care that provides practical tools and empowers patients to take control of their health and healing.

There is available parking spots located at Moja Coffee, 2 doors down.


Join us every Wednesday morning for a 45-minute yoga session with Sarah Hatter. She will guide us through guided breathing and gentle poses to wake up our mind and bodies, ready to face the work day ahead!

Spots are limited so please book your spot ahead of time. We will try to accommodate walk-ins as best we can but there is no guarantee you’ll get a spot.
