Journaling is becoming one of the latest feel-good trends in the field of well-being. And how could it not? It taps into both the creative and intellectual brain with numerous benefits like stimulating new ideas, reducing stress, achieving goals and many many more.

This workshop is for anyone who may have heard that “journaling is good for you” but may be looking for tools on how to start, or inspiration on how to continue.

Workshop Topics
Why Write?  We'll discuss how creative writing is a hot topic right now, what people are saying, and what it all means.

  • State of Mind - What does journaling require?
  • Logistics - How often, where makes the most sense? What kind of environments, places bring upon the best writing?
  • Cues & Topics- Astrology, nature walks, re-discovering familiar places, the cues for writing are endless!
  •  Tone of Voice - I, You, She. Depending on the tone of voice you may choose to use on any given day you can choose whatever you want.

The workshop will be as interactive as possible mixed in with personal moments of writing and taking the time to use cues provided to start writing. This means creative exercises to start - drawing things on paper, using images as cues, getting us off screen and into a comfortable space!

$30 gets you a mini-journal and some light refreshments. Limited spots available so hurry and sign up!
